The $15.00 Office Fee PER ENTRY (a horse and rider combination) will be WAIVED FOR COMPLETE PRE-REGISTRATIONS ONLY.
In-person registration accepted day of show will be subject to the office fee.
PRE-REGISTRATION is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED – either Online or via mail.
Entry Fees: $12 per class. Plus $15 office fee per horse/rider entry (office fee waived if pre-registered online or by mail ).
Please plan to leave an open check or cash with the show secretary upon check in for your classes. No credit cards.
Note: Returned checks subject to additional $20 fee. Outstanding balances will be reported to the VHSA and DCA Horse Show Associations and subject to horse, rider, owner and/or trainer penalties in accordance with the Association’s rules.

A PAPER copy of a CURRENT negative Coggins will be required for each horse/pony on the grounds, and will be kept by the Show. Please bring a paper copy to the secretary’s stand upon check in. Electronic images will NOT be accepted.
Philomont Horse Show pre-registration will close at 9pm ET on Friday, April 27th. You may also enter in person on show day. Office fee applies (in addition to class fees) for in-person registrations day of show (no additional office fee for class adds).
A signed WAIVER is required. Please download, print, complete and sign the waiver and bring it with you to the secretary’s stand upon check in.
